The light ballast in my kitchen was broken causing flickering and heated bulbs. Getting the company to take me serious and send someone to my place was a bit of a joke, but Mark the maintenance guy was absolutely amazing! He called before he came over, he was really good with my lil dog and was very pleasant to talk with. He identified the problem immediately, explained how he was going to fix it step by step and got right to work. My kitchen is brighter and a better shade than it was when I moved in.
