If you are a vendor who supplies rental property maintenance and would like to help us take care of our clients properties while keeping our tenants safe, secure and happy, we want to work with you!
Our vendor network provides many different types of general maintenance and repair services. We like to support our local communities, therefore we prefer to work with locally owned and operated companies.
We also like to make sure our vendors get paid in a timely fashion! We pay vendor invoices twice a month (10th and 25th). There will generally be less than 15 days from invoice submission to your payment.
In order to join our vendor network we review the following from each prospective vendor:
Quality of work: We only work with vendors that provide high quality work and craftsmanship in their field.
Fair Market Pricing: We only work with vendors that provide competitive, fair, and transparent pricing.
Timeliness: In order to provide our tenants with prompt service, we ask all vendors to make communication within 24 business hours for non-emergency and immediately for emergency repairs.
Licensing & Insurance: We require all vendors to submit proof of insurance (workman’s compensation or waiver and liability coverage), as well as any industry or trade specific licensing requirements.
