About Us

Principal Broker and Owner Bob Mack started managing rental properties in Salt Lake County in 1987. He worked part-time for his grandparents – collecting rent and performing routine maintenance on their multi-unit apartment complexes. During this time, Bob learned the basics of property management – lease enforcement, maintenance requirements, and most importantly, how to effectively manage tenants professionally and with respect.

In 2003, Bob moved into Management Consulting. Working with top management teams throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. During this time, he helped companies increase their bottom line through process improvement and streamlining operations. In 2011, Bob decided to return home to Utah and use his expertise in assisting businesses to increase profitability by helping landlords manage their rental property full-time. He then launched Advanced Solutions Property Management (ASPM).

Very quickly, Bob realized he needed a solid in-house maintenance team to service the needs of the management company. In 2012, he co-founded Utah Property Maintenance. In 2014, in order to better serve his management clients, Bob added real estate brokerage services to the mix of companies (Utah Real Estate Professionals).

From the beginning, Bob worked hard to make sure that properties under management of ASPM were managed as if they were his own. He developed and installed processes & procedures to ensure leases were enforced, risk was managed, revenue was maximized, expenses were under control, and that tenants were treated professionally.

With solid and proven methods, the rental property management company ASPM relies on a team of property management and maintenance professionals. Megan Jex, the Operations Director, has been involved with property management for 10 years. Together with support staff in property management, office administration, and technical expertise, ASPM can help you exceed your real estate investing goals.

Bob and his team can help you acquire, manage, and maintain your residential or commercial rental property. We welcome this opportunity to show you how we can be of service to you and your tenants.

Are you getting fair market value for your rental property? We can tell you.
